Konica Minolta 1600W - paper size 11-1/2 X 7-1/4

I can set the paper size to 11-1/2 X 7-1/4 under edit paper size, but I get an error message: "Your current selections have caused the following items to conflict with each other. To automatically resolve the conflicts as shown in the table below, click resolve. Item: current selection. Media Type: Plain Paper. Original Document Size - New Paper-1 (my name for it)." So I click Resolve.
But it doesn't print on paper that size. It used to when I had Windows XP. I now have Windows 10.
