Konica Minolta C360 with account tracking, problem printing from MacBook Pro

I have a problem printing from a MacBook Pro to Konica Minolta C360 (also C353). Both printers have Account Tracking turn on, so the user inputs a password code when printing. This works fine with Windows-based computers. However, when using MacBook, the driver never asks for the password. I don't see any way to enter the password in the printer dialog although there is a checkbox to enable/disable the account tracking feature.

MacBook Pro with OS 10.14, the latest Mac driver (Mac OS 10.12) from the Konica-Minolta website is loaded.

Any suggestions would be appreciated
