Happy Friday everyone.
I've been trying to sort out an issue with my beloved 2490MF. Found it a few years ago at Saver's for $20 in excellent shape.
There is a Duplex unit installed, however, any time I try to print duplex, the paper is getting jammed up. After opening the top cover and lifting out the drum unit, I find my jammed print with a fan-fold in the middle.
The problem has gotten worse and worse, where a few months ago, I could remove the jam, reset the drum, close the top cover and the unit would duplex fine. Now I'm unable to get it to successfully duplex at all.
Any ideas? Is this more likely a duplex unit issue or a main unit issue?
Thanks,
Nick
