Kyocera Laser printer print quality

Hi

I have a Kyocera Ecosys P5021cdw laser printer and I'm having problems with the toner rubbing off.

I am printing coloured images using 210gsm cardstock. I have selected the printer media type as 'Thick'. It looks okay when printed, but if I slightly rub on the image then the toner starts to rub off. This happens even if the image was printed hours earlier. It's like the toner hasn't permanently adhered to the cardstock.

Does anyone know why this would be happening and how I can fix it. Any help would be much appreciated.
