Help please!

I have purchased a Ricoh printer for a mug printing business however, the preferences/settings are in another language and I cannot figure out how to change it, Ricoh has asked me to do the following but I do not know what language it is, I am sure it is Czech as when I translate it would suggest this is the language. When I try to translate to change the settings, nothing on the preferences/properties is where i should be if that makes sense?

I am going crazy here guys....
