Good morning...we have a Lanier MPC8002 that a part has come out of the fuser assembly. We called a local repair shop and they said the part does not belong to that machine; however, we know it does because it was working wonderfully since we bought it. We are getting an error code of SC548-00. Can someone help me with what this part is? I've attached photos. In researching, it looks like a fuser roller sleeve ???
