I've been using this 4100n for over 10 years. It's been almost flawless. Suddenly, printed pages have a grey background, toner spilling onto page (?).
Tried a new toner cartridge, thinking the "doctor blade" somehow went bad. Output was good for 30-40 pages, then grey background again.
If I clean toner covering a thin rubbery black roller, that sits just after the cartridge, output is good again, but only for a few pages.
Anyone with any idea what's gone wrong? THANKS !
