Lexmark 2600 Refuses to Let Me Use Low Ink

Hey guys, so I have a Lexmark 2600 (I know, Lexmark is crap) and everything was going fine until the black ink indicator announced that I had no ink in it. Looking at my pages though and what I know about ink cartridges and the terrible programs that are used to detect the amount of ink inside, I know it's totally lying to me.

Anyway, I obviously have enough ink even though it says it doesn't but it refuses to print with my black ink cartridge anymore.

Does anyone know of a way to override this or know if I can get a different program instead of the one that I got with the printer to print stuff out? Any help you can give is appreciated. Thanks!
