I have just installed my printer on new laptop. It prints but I am unable to open the Productivity Studio. A message telles me it needs NET framework v2 when I download this it wont install on a 64 bit Windows 7. the 64 bit version is already installed.
Question Is it possible to get the 4650 to work properly with windows 7
