I just received a Lexmark C544dn for free since it jams every time it attempts to pickup a sheet out of the tray.The error that it returns is 200.04.
After a bit of investigation I found that there is a small broken plastic piece that is mounted on a pivot near the pickup assembly. I have attached a picture and circled the part. I assume that this is the piece that is preventing a proper pickup. What is this piece called?
