Lexmark E323 has stopped accepting print jobs

My E323 has suddenly stopped accepting print jobs. I have tried connecting via two different machines running Windows 10 over the network, but the green "ready" light stays lit and nothing comes through. However I can connect to the printer's web server, so the network connection is good. I have also tried printing via USB, but in this, as in the case of printing over the network, the print jobs remain in the Windows print queue and the printer does nothing. However I can still print out printer information pages using the "continue" button.

I have tried stopping the windows print spooler and clearing the queue, and I have tried rebooting my computer, and I have tried powering down the printer and disconnecting the power cable, but nothing has worked. Can anyone help me get my printer working again? Thanks in advance.
