HI - New to the forums - and to Brother printers 
I recently obtained a second user MFC j5720DW.
If I print a test sheet , I am getting lines , mainly on the leading edge of the paper.
Can someone more experienced possible enlighten me as to the cause?
I have cleaned the head, and there doesn't appear to be any blockages. all colours print?
