Low Imaging Kit Warning - Lexmark CS410n

Hello,

I have a printer (Model CS410n) in which I recently replaced the imaging kit. The printer is still giving me the "Low Imaging Kit" warning on screen so I'm presuming there is an internal counter that needs reset.

After extensive Googling and submitting a ticket to Lexmark itself, I have hit a brick wall. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to reset this counter and the warning is still on screen. I wanted to see if anyone else has ran into this issue or has any tips on how to reset this counter.

In case anyone reading this needs this information, I found out these imaging kits come with a smart chip on them. The chip that came on my kit was defective; I got with Lexmark to do a warranty claim and they sent a replacement... Now my printer no longer has the "Low Imaging Kit" warning.
