Copies are printing with a grey hue on the entire page with almost a "frame" around the end of the entire page. I have cleaned the glass and the ADF. I've blown out the inside of the copier as well as wiped down anything I could get to. I've replaced the cartridge. Regardless of whether we place the original on the glass or send it through the ADF...the results are the same which leads me to think it's somewhere inside the machine. Is there cleaning beyond these areas that are possible without taking it in for service? This only happens with copying. Incoming faxes print fine.
