MFC990CW printing is blurred

Hello I have a printing problem


My printing is double or blurry however when I print the alignment check the text is crystal clear anyone else have this problem or a solution. Already cleaned the encoder strip and checked for debris. When I make a copy of the alignment check i get a blurred copy.
