My 5220 is no longer responding. Have had no problems since install over a year ago. Yesterday came home to find wireless was up down, up down...kicking my laptop off....couldn't get it to stay on, so called AT&T tech support. After they fooled with settings...wep, wpa wpa2...couldn't get network to keep laptop on. They are sending me a new router. In the meantime, all of a sudden the network stabilized and my laptop has stayed on with wpa/wpa2. I went to print...and no go. Tried a couple of things...all of a sudden I get 1 print job. I thought, ok! But later when I went in to correct something on the pdf document. Again no print. The printer is broadcasting, I can see it on the network, it will scan! But every time I go to print, it says, it says printer not responding. HELP!
