MX452 Canon Printer

Having Problems with our MX452 Printer, at 1st I was getting a Low Ink Message .. Now the a indicator has triggered the Printer to Not Print.. Took Cartridges out to take to Costco for Refill.. Tech told the Wife both Cartridges are still 60% Full.. How do I ReSet Printer to PRINT ??Please & Thank You

Unplugged Power Source for a couple minutes or so.. Powered Up and Held the Stop / ReSet Button down for 10 sec.. Printer will Print but screen flashes (1) Black Ink level Unknown (2) Colored Ink level Low ?? Thoughts & Ideas Appreciated
