I have an old, venerable Xerox Workcentre 3119 that just keeps on going, but suffers from the classic problem of not picking up the paper very well from the tray, requiring me to take out the ream of paper and ruffle it, sometimes a few times. I am sure most people have had this frustrating experience.
I could go and get the rubber rollers replaced, but after a while, the problem will probably come back.
Do any printers nowadays have a new technology for grabbing the paper? Is there a way out of this madness? Or are we doomed to deal with this for the foreseeable future?
