Hello!
I'm looking for a laser printer that has really good registration for the bypass tray (for printing on cardstock). Preferably under $500 and black and white is fine but if I need to spend the extra to get a color machine for better functionality, so be it.
I'm using toner reactive foil for an art project and I need to be able to print one part of a design, foil that, then run that print through the laser printer again and have the design line up as accurately over the first part as possible. I have a Brother MFC9130CW right now and the alignment/registration when I run a print through it the second time is pretty inconsistent.
Does anybody know of a laser printer that handles image registration really well?
Thanks for your help!
