HP Laser Printer CP2025dn Magenta color keeps coming out!

First of all, this printer is a second hand buy.
The issue has happened before, but mainboard has just been replaced recently after the issue.
Unfortunately, it came back after approx 2 months. I did replace new Magenta cartridge--same result.

Tray 1 used to work fine on the first few days. Now it keeps saying paper jam in tray 2. :(

Has anyone encountered these kinds of problems before?
