Hi,
my Canon i560 used to work fine for several years but now the printing of text in black doesn't do anymore.
If I change to colour, text is printed, as well as graphics.
The black ink cartridge ist still almost full. I ran printer head cleaning several times, also intense cleaning - but with no effect.
I removed the printer head and cleaned some residue of black ink on the outside - no effect either.
Any I ideas what might be the reason?
Another question:
What ist the little blue lever for? (see red arrow on picture).
It points to the left. When I switch it over to the right, there is apparently no difference.
