No ink at all after printhead cleaning

Hi

I have an Epson L365. There were problems with print quality. I did a manual printhead cleaning, .i.e with water and alcohol. I reassembled. Afterwards, printouts come out without any ink. The page comes out blank, despite all things moving and working fine inside. Same for photocopy (suggestion it has nothing to do with software).

Any help would be appreciated. I want to know where the problem is. Is my printhead bust? Or is the problem elsewhere? I hesitate to buy a printhead since it will a month to arrive (not available locally, also we are under lockdown).
