No Paper T1

Using Brother MFC-L2750DW
Using Print Both Sides settings
Error msg is 'No Paper T1.' The rollers don't even move.
It was experiencing frequent paper jams, and would mark up the paper right in the center, in the shape of a roller. Then it went away.
Many posts indicate a faulty cam feeder; this printer does not appear to have a cam feeder.

I cleaned the rollers.
Any advice or guidance from anyone?
I was unable to search any posts, I apologize if there are posts that I couldn't see.

Sounds like something finally jammed in there for good from all the prior times. I would open it up and try to get as much debris out of it as you can. Using compressed air and wiping it down to finish it. It could be the cam feeder. If the rollers aren't even moving, that's not a great sign.
