Am having issues with a client oki es7170 mfp. Suddenly it has stopped scanning directly to email. when i check the scan log it's saying smtp authentication failure. I tried using different email accounts and encryption types but its still not working.
I tested the internet and am able to ping any public i.p from the printer
How can i resolve this?
