Hi,
One of my customers has a Olivetti MF360 on their network. All the users can print to it fine. However, the scan to email function isn't working. I checked all the setting and managed to get it working briefly. However, it has stopped working. I have set it to go to the same SMTP server as their email clients. When it fails it doesn't give any clues to why it isn't working!
Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.
