We recently purchased an Olivetti printer for our office. Unfortunately it either is an appalling bit of kit or we are being hopeless at using it. We never received a user manual although we have since found one online although this does not include a trouble shooting guide. The only information we received when we purchased the printer was NOT to use paper tray 1. This is for faxing apparently. However, when we use paper tray 2 (paper tray 1 doesn't work) we are constantly getting an error message half way through printing which says that the paper is not loaded correctly. The paper tray 2 is full and loaded correctly and the printer just freezes and won't let us get past this error message.
Does anyone have any advice/ any experience with these printers? Olivetti seem to be exceptionally careful with what is published online and it is impossible to find any information on this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
