Paper Jam

Hello

I have 2 ESP 5 kodak.

The first one worked OK until last night when I turned it on and it swallowed all the paper which jammed.

So I installed the other one and that keeps saying "Paper Jam". There's no paper in it. So I click "OK" and it says "Please Wait" - but nothing happens.

I've uninstalled the driver and reinstalled it, but that does not seem to work.

Any ideas please?

I don't want to ruin 2 printers.

The flashing error code that indicates a jammed printer is the digital-age equivalent of a flat tire. Sooner or later it happens to everyone, so you'd better know how to get things moving again if you want to finish your print job.

You should try the printer on another computer ...if works than reinstall your operation system and driver. Else bring your printer to a computer mech.

maybe there are something wrong with your printer.

I hate printers

I have no idea what the problem could be, this has happened to me before but i can't remember for the life of me what i did to resolve the issue, sorry.
