My Epson WF-3620 printer is connected wireless to my Dell Inspiron 15 (3000 series) with win 10. The problem is that the printer does not always print from my e-mail in box. Sometimes it does and other times it does not. When the printer que is checked there is no sign of anything being in que. Other times it prints fine. No reason for the intermittent printing, it just seems to be at random. This has been a problem since I bought the printer (new) a few years ago. I have called Epson tech service on this issue a least twice but never was able to get it fixed so I gave up with them.
However, if I select my Brother printer that is also on my home net it prints.
Anyone have any ideas as to what is going on?
