My sister has bought an HP Deskjet 2630. She got the HP Smart App on her iPhone, but is having difficulty with a request for a password in the set up process. I tried to help her and said that it should be her wi-fi password from her ISP but it won't accept it. We tried the HP virtual assistant without success. Can anyone advise which password she needs and how to locate it/ create it?
