PDF size created as 0kbites using SMB Folder in Kyocera 3655idn

HI all

I got issue regarding an Kyocera3855idn printer

The SMB "agenda" when I use the scan to folder opiton all pdf files are being created as size "0" zero Kbites over the network remote path (to the file server side)

I think there is a issue into my networtk causing it. I noted when a use in Agenda any SMB Scan folder the path directly from Print to any local machine (same level connection, machine -> switch) the file creation works fine.

So in this case I think there a issue to fix ou adjust after my switch, I mean over firewall settings (site-to-site)

any suggestion or tip to check or adjust ?
