Pixma TS9120 does not print returns label barcodes

Hello, Canon Pixma TS9120 with no alignment or ink issue. Everything prints fine except return labels with bar codes. From my research it seems to be a post-scrip issue? This happened with the latest firmware upgrade last year. I'm unable to roll it back. Hoping someone has a solution. Thank you.
