Pixma TS9120 Issue

This is driving me absolutely nuts at this point. I recently purchased an HP printer and noticed that the print jobs were all off (samples below). I tried configuring every setting I could, but nothing and so I ended up returning it. I then purchased the Pixma TS9120 Printer and lo and behold, same issue. Could someone please assist me with this issue as it is driving me nuts? I am using Windows 10 with everything on default settings.

FYI I have tried printing this job in A4 as well as letter and neither fixes the issue (I'm using A4 paper).

The photo shows what was expected to print (right side) and what was printed (scanned on the left).

Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated.
