Hi everyone,
I’m an end user with limited technical knowledge and I’m having an issue with my printer. The printer is responding and printing pages, but the output doesn’t look right. Colors seem inconsistent and alignment looks slightly off compared to how it used to be.
I’ve checked basic things like paper type and ink levels, and there are no error messages showing on the printer. Before changing drivers or doing a full reinstall, I want to properly identify whether this is a color, alignment, or hardware-related problem.
To get a clearer idea, I tried printing a basic printer test page from the browser using an online tool which helped me see the issue more clearly, but I’m not sure what the next troubleshooting step should be.
Has anyone experienced something similar, or can suggest what I should check next?
