printer prints gobbly gook epson xp3100

Hi can anyone help
I have a printer that prints 4of 6 pages ok on gas bill told to print bill out on email and pay at post office
but when comes to the page 5 payment slip with my account numbers prints out all letters ..so cant pay it. any help appreciated. Barbara
