My Canon LBP621C-printer had a paper jam.
After removing the obstructed paper via the rear panel, the menu-instruction was as follows: 'Close rear Panel'
But, while all the paper removed, I cannot close the panel, likely because of the fact, that the print-cycle was not finished for 100%.
Is there a possibility for a hard reset of the printer?
