The printer is a brother 2170w. The printer does not print at all and is not giving any error messages, just not printing. This began after a page became lodged and needed to be pulled out. There is no sign of any more paper inside.
I did cover the sensors but I doubt this would have had anything to do with the printers erratic behavior.
Anyone have any suggestions?
