Printing on a already printed template

Hello,

I run a small business and would like to start printing my invoices and other documents instead of handwriting them. I already have the forms printed with blanks for where I typically handwrite what I need to.

How do I set up my printer and computer to be able to type in the blanks and have the printer only print the words I need it to?
