Printing with wi-fi

I have an Epson XP-445. I would like to know if I can print wirelessly from my Laptop? If this is possable, how do I set it up? I'm a 71 year old newbie to all this and need a lot of help and step by step instructions. Any help would be much appreciated, Thank you.

I take it that you have a router.
That your laptop communicates through your router to Internet.

You will see blue plus sign down on right side of page. Be sure you click + signs
