Problem doing multicopy on Kyocera FS-4300DN

If I send to printer a single group of pages no problem.
If I require for example 2 copies display of printer show 'No multicopy allowed'
I have search in menu of printer but not found.
I have also search into Command Center RX but with same result.
Howto correct it?

What print driver are you using? You need to use the Kyocera KX driver, I believe that the error is a mis-match on the ramdisk setting. If not using the KX driver, then uninstall the driver and install the KX driver and restart the machine.

Sounds like the printer has multicopy disabled. Try checking the printer's admin settings look for a Restrict Copy or Multiple Copies option and enable it. If it’s greyed out, might need admin login. Also check if the printer driver on your PC has a limit set.

. Also under Printer Properties and Advanced, look for "Hold MIsmatched Documents" (and see if it is checked, not sure if that helps?) Never checked that settings.
