Hello all! I am working on an M425dn. Its giving an obvious fuser defect. Tried replacing fuser, same thing. I thought maybe it's a defective fuser
so i tried another one. Same thing! tried changing the toner. Same thing. checked ground connection. It's fine. then i swapped out the low voltage power supply and still the same fuser defect. I'm about to E waste this machine unless anyone has any suggestions
