Problems printing with cartridge no 3 (black) in printer Z1380

If I don't use the printer for a while, the head of the cartridge seems to dry up. (Not actually sure that 'head' is the right word as I live in Spain and am translating.)

I've been told that there should be some way of cleaning the head/injectors to get the ink flowing again.

I have found something for the color cartridge but I'm damned if I can find anything for the no. 3.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated as this is causing all kinds of problems at home.

It's really normal for an ink to dry up easily. That's why you will have to spend a lot for that specific printer supply. :/
