Ram disk was full problem FS-2020D

My Kyocera FS-2020D recently stopped printing 5 copies of a 11 page document with duplex printing. The message was: "RAM disk was full or not activated or hard dis was full or not installed."
The remedy: Activate or increase RAM disk, install a hard disk, or increase the free space in the hard disk."

The Kyocera technician could not fix the problem. I did a power cycle, but that did not fix the problem.

I had printed the same document just the month before with 5 copies. I am able to print one copy so it isn't so bad. I just wonder what could have gone wrong.

Any suggestions about what I can do?
