Recommendation for inkjet printer?

Hi,

I need a recommendation for an inkjet printer that fulfills these criteria:

- good printing quality for photos and graphics
- print over wifi
- duplex printing
- accepts third party ink catridges without any complaints
- low costs for ink (third party ink catridges)

I heard that some manufacturers do have a strikt ink cadrige policy (like HP). So I'd like to avoide these.
