Ricoh 301 multiple print problem

I have a ricoh 301m spf it copies prefectly fine but when i try to print more than one copy of a document it prints out one document no matter how many pages 1 2 3 it prints one set and then stops i have downloaded official driver from ricoh and installed them tried connecting using both Ethernet and usb cable in usb cable after printing one set it says waitg. For prt data and then says ready in a few seconds while in Ethernet it says ready immediately skipping all the sets its supposed to print any idea how to resolve this
