Ricoh Aficio 2020D Scanning/Email Setup

I have a user that has a Ricoh Aficio 2020D Printer. The printer is on a Peer to peer office network. The few PC's are set up through a router connected to the business ISP. The PC's are running Windows 10.

I can get the PC's to print to the printer but I am unable to determine how to set up the printer to be able to either scan files to the PC's or to their Email. I have set up a GMAIL account for the printer but no matter what I do, it comes up saying 'scan dest update failed'. I have a few Email addresses set up and it won't let me select them saying 'Name must be selected'

The email address is set to allow less secure apps I checked all the settings.

Ricoh states this printer is not Windows 10 supported in regards to software such as GlobalScan.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
