Ricoh Aficio 3025 Error Message

Hi,
I have a Ricoh Aficio 3025 copier. I am getting an error message that says SC144. It won't copy anything while I'm getting that error message. Also, I recently put a new Ricoh brand toner cartridge in it. At first, it worked fine, but shortly after started telling me that the toner needs replacing. I have taken the toner cartridge out and tried cleaning the area that it goes into. But, it's still saying the toner needs replacing. On a side note, I recently put a new drum unit in it. It seemed to work fine for a little while after installing the drum unit. But now, I can't copy anything because of the sc144 error message. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advance for your help.
