Ricoh Aficio SP 311SFNw
I've had this printer for roughly 10 years and never had a problem with it until now. The envelope bypass tray works but it's no longer grabbing the envelope. It'll spin and try to grab the envelope but always misses it. Then I'd be forced to turn the printer off and back on again to try again. I tried pushing the envelope down into it so that it'll catch it but this has only worked once out of about 10 tries. I have absolutely no idea how to fix this problem...
