i've ricoh mp c401 usb and network interface didn't work and i can't enter service mood .. i used Y 806182 C but it dosn't work didn't enter service mood .. but Printer icon in the desktop screen .. only if i used Y 143 C C can inter service mood by Administrator but i cand enter print sp
