Ricoh SG 7100DN Error message

Hope someone might be able to point me in the right direction, I have a ricoh sg7100dn & have an error message that reads " Reset Duplex Unit Correctly"

I don't have a duplex unit for the printer so not sure why this is showing

Message appears everytime I power the printer on.
