Samsung c410W red flashing light - will not print

So the troubleshooter says that means there's a jam - which there is not.

Toner cartridges are all at least half full. When I open the front, take out and put back in each cartridge, the green light flashes like the printer is going to work. Then it switches to red flashing and won't print. Turned off, etc. Still nothing.

Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.
